Does the Shrivasta app work on my phone?
The JCVital Pro App works on recent Android and iOS devices. You pair your band or ring via Bluetooth.
What is the difference between the V8 Pro and the Ring X3 Med?
Both use the same core sensor for heart rate, sleep, recovery, and activity. The V8 Pro is a wristband, while the Ring X3 Med is worn invisibly on your finger.
